Dent & Panel Repair in Turner, Maine

Door dings, parking-lot dents, deep scratches, and damaged panels - repaired and refinished until the body lines look the way the factory drew them.

Not every dent comes from a crash. Door dings, shopping carts, road debris, and the occasional driveway mishap all leave their mark - and left alone, a chipped or dented panel is also a place rust can get started. JRB Autobody repairs dents, scratches, and damaged panels, then refinishes them so the repair blends into the rest of the vehicle.

JRB Autobody does traditional dent repair: the panel is worked back into shape, filled and shaped as needed, then primed, painted, and blended to match. This isn't paintless dent repair (PDR) - it's full fill-and-refinish body work. The advantage is a proper, lasting finish: the repaired area is sealed and painted, not just pushed out, so it holds up and matches the panels around it.

Jason has spent more than 30 years getting body lines and panel gaps right. He does the work himself, takes the time to get the alignment and the finish correct, and stands behind it - if something isn't right, you bring the vehicle back and he makes it right.

Common questions

Do you do paintless dent repair (PDR)?

No. JRB Autobody does traditional fill-and-refinish dent repair, not PDR. The panel is worked back into shape, filled and shaped as needed, then primed, painted, and blended. The result is a fully refinished panel that matches the vehicle and holds up over time.

Can you fix deep scratches?

Yes. Scratches that have gone through the paint are repaired and repainted. Jason refinishes and blends the area so the scratch disappears into the surrounding panel.

Will the repaired panel match the rest of my vehicle?

Yes. After the body work, the panel is primed, painted to match your vehicle's color, and blended into the neighboring panels so the repair isn't noticeable.

How much does dent repair cost?

It depends on the size, depth, and location of the damage, and whether the panel can be repaired or needs replacing. Estimates are free - send a few photos or bring the vehicle by and Jason will give you a clear price.

Is it worth fixing a small dent?

Usually, yes. Beyond the look, a dent or chip that has broken the paint exposes bare metal - and in Maine, that's where rust gets started. Repairing it early seals the panel back up.
